Carson City arrests: Inmate booked on felony warrant charges
A 21-year-old inmate at Carson City jail was booked Monday for two felony warrants alleging obtaining money by false pretenses and burglary, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
Chance Higby Banta of Carson City was booked at 1:20 p.m. on the felony warrants issued August 11, 2017 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $20,000.
In other arrests:
— A 42-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 2:01 a.m. in the 1900 block of East William Street for misdemeanor suspended sentence through the Department of Alternative Sentencing. During a subject stop he provided a breath sample of .216. Conditions of his suspended sentence was that he was not to consume any alcohol. Bail: $1,000.
