Trio of Wells Fargo ATM bandits made off with $200,000 from Monday’s Carson City robbery
On Monday evening, Carson City deputies responded to a report of a robbery at a Wells Fargo ATM located in the 2400 block of South Carson Street.
Several media outlets have reported the purple-clad bandits made off with $200,000 in cash, which had been confirmed by Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong.

Carson City Sheriff's Office deputies were called early Monday evening to the 2400 block of South Carson Street for a strong arm robbery at Wells Fargo.
The incident was called into dispatch shortly before 5:50 p.m. The victim reported they had been servicing and working on an ATM and was robbed of an undetermined amount of money. No injuries were reported. The suspects may be juveniles.
The victim said the primary suspect who robbed him was wearing a long sleeved green shirt, tan pants and had a mask on. A gun was not used, the victim told dispatch.
The suspect vehicle is possibly a silver Toyota Camry that was last seen headed northbound on Carson Street.
