Carson City weather: Mid 90s for the weekend, hot temperatures next week
High temperatures will be in the low to mid 90s around Carson City this weekend and will gradually get warmer beginning next week, according to the National Weather Service.
High temperatures Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be in the upper 90s, with Reno temperatures near 100 or above, according to the weather service.

As a general rule, temperatures around Lake Tahoe will be about 10 to 13 degrees cooler than Carson City while temperatures around Lovelock and Fallon will be about three degrees warmer.
For those headed to Lake Tahoe this weekend for the American Century Championship at Edgwood Tahoe Golf Course in Stateline, daytime temperatures will be in the low 80s Saturday and Sunday, with night time lows in the mid 40s.
