Construction underway in Carson City on new Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel

Metcalf Builders, an award-winning construction company headquartered in Northern Nevada, have broken ground on its most recent project, Home2Suites by Hilton. The hotel will be located at 3941 N. Carson St., Carson City.
A fast-growing concept, Home2Suites by Hilton has more than 600 locations nationwide. The new location in Carson City will be the third Home2Suites location in Northern Nevada, with one located in Reno and the other in Elko.
The 57,000 square-foot, four-story hotel will have a wood framed design, an exterior of stucco and stone and 91 suites. The design will also include a structural steel porte-cochere and a variety of amenities, including an indoor pool.
“Metcalf is excited to begin construction on Home2Suites by Hilton and bring this popular hotel to Carson City,” said Bryce Clutts, President and CEO of Metcalf Builders. “This will be our eighth hotel for this developer, Carson City Hotel, LLC, and we are grateful for their continued investment in Northern Nevada.”
The project, valued at more than $19 million, is expected to span over the next year, with an estimated completion date set for fall 2025.
