Casino Fandango in Carson City is excited to announce the opening of its newest dining venue, The Governors Grill. Replacing the beloved Palm Court Grill, The Governors Grill offers a fresh and innovative 24/7 dining experience, blending classic comfort with modern culinary twists.
The Governors Grill is designed to cater to guests 24/7 every day, offering more than 100 choices including some of the most popular dishes from Palm Court Grill and introducing more than 20 new options that cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Mornings start with favorites like the hearty Breakfast Burrito, the savory Chorizo Skillet, or the sweet and indulgent Nutella Strawberry French Toast. Lunch options include the classic Reuben Sandwich, the refreshing Cobb Salad, and the mouthwatering French Dip sliders. Dinner guests can look forward to savoring dishes such as the tender New York Steak, the Shrimp Scampi, and the classic Fisherman’s Platter.
The design of The Governors Grill creates an inviting and vibrant atmosphere. With a warm color palette, comfortable seating, and stylish accents, the restaurant provides an ideal setting for both casual dining and special occasions. The interior showcases elegant booth seating, fluted resin dividers, and wood-look porcelain tile flooring, all contributing to a sophisticated yet welcoming environment.

Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs: Angus steak with country gravy, eggs, toast, and hashbrowns.

Prime Rib of Beef: Slow-roasted prime rib, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, served with au jus.
Chicken Fried Steak or Chicken Fried Chicken: Hand-breaded steak or chicken breast smothered with country gravy, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Grilled Salmon: Sautéed filet of Pacific salmon, jasmine rice, seasonal vegetables, and citrus butter sauce.
