A 37 year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning at 3 a.m. in the parking lot of a business in the 500 block of East William Street misdemeanor disorderly conduct, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy said.
According to the arrest report, law enforcement responded to a report of a male subject walking in the middle of traffic.
Upon their arrival, sheriff's deputies located the subject lying down and sleeping in public. He awoke and began to yell and scream obscenities at the officers, the report said. The man, from Oregon, said he was in town for court and was homeless with no where else to sleep, according to the report.
