Smith's grocery store evacuated after small fire
UPDATE: The evacuation at the Smith's grocery store has been lifted and customers are allowed to enter the store. Carson City Fire Chief Stacey Giomi said the fire started in a small refrigerated display case at the front end of the store.
The electrical fire may have started in a illuminated area of the case, which caused some flames but not enough to where the sprinklers went off, said Giomi.
