Carson City sheriff’s log: Five arrested for outstanding warrants
A 23-year-old Dayton man was booked Wednesday for a felony warrant alleging fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
Matthew Raymond Marizza, who is in Carson City Jail on other matters, was served with the Dayton Township Justice Court warrant at 10:41 p.m. Bail: $5,000.
In other arrests:
— A 32-year-old Carson City woman was booked Wednesday, 11:10 p.m. into Carson City jail on two misdemeanor violation of suspended sentence warrants issued Oct. 11, 2016 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $6,000.
— A 25-year-old Sparks woman, Frances Marie Anderson, was booked into jail Wednesday, 10:58 p.m. for a felony failure to appear warrant issued from the First Judicial District Court, Western Regional Drug Court. She’s being held without bail in lieu of a hearing.
— An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested Wednesday, 10:02 a.m. in the area of North Lompa Lane and Carmine streets for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued Sept. 21, 2016 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $500.
— A 28-year-old Carson City man was booked into Carson City jail on Wednesday, 11:17 a.m. for a misdemeanor failure to appear in traffic court warrant issued March 10, 2017. He was released on $215 bail.
