The reporting party said they looked through their peep hole and saw their neighbor pounding on the door and drinking from a container, and was yelling profanities telling them to open their door.
The man then began to argue with their next door neighbor, and was allegedly challenging the neighbor to fight. The reporting party said they saw the man spit on their neighbor before walking away.
When deputies arrived, they spoke with the man and according to the police report, he had red, watery eyes, and his behavior would change drastically from appearing fatigued with heavy, droopy eyelids, to being animated and opening his eyes extremely wide.
According to the report, the man told deputies he had “used formaldehyde.”
While arresting the man for disorderly conduct, the man began pulling away from deputies and spitting. He managed to get one deputy in the right arm and another deputy in the face.
