Carson City deputies make arrests for disorderly conduct, felony warrants
A 53-year-old Carson City man was arrested early Wednesday at a William Street casino for misdemeanor disorderly conduct, a sheriff's deputy said.
According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to the 2100 block of East William Street in reference to an intoxicated man refusing to leave the property and causing problems with customers.
Deputies met with security staff and then spoke to the man, who said he wasn't doing anything wrong. While talking, the man was using profanities and being loud, the arrest report states.
Security said the man was walking around the casino asking people to give him cigarettes and was making customers uncomfortable. When security advised the man to stop bothering customers, he used swear words at security, the report states.
The man then allegedly walked outside the casino and began to follow a woman and used profanities, telling her he was going to follow her.
Security completed a citizen's arrest form and the man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. Bail: $242.
