Carson City area road report for the week of March 27 through April 2
Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of March 27 through April 2, 2017. Lane closures or restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work. Please use caution.
— U.S. 50 at the U.S. 395 intersection will be reduced to one lane in each direction for approximately three weeks for freeway improvements.
— South Carson Street between Clear Creek and Snyder Avenues will have the northbound travel lanes reduced to two lanes Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
— Monte Rosa between Stanton Drive and Selby Street will have narrowed lanes Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— Edmonds Drive between Livermore Lane and Snyder Avenue will be reduced to one lane with flaggers Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Flood related activities at the following locations are underway, please use caution near work crews:
— Combs Canyon Road between Vista Ariana Drive and Lakeview Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
— Kings Canyon Road between Longview Way and Custer Circle will be reduced to one lane with flaggers Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
— Sierra Vista Lane south of Pinion Hills Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
— Rhodes Street from Curry Street west will have work crews periodically Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
