Authorities seek identity of man with stolen credit card from Tahoe vehicle burglary
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying this person of interest in a vehicle burglary that occurred at the Tahoe Rim Trailhead and subsequent credit card fraud at the Walmart store on Grant Ave in Gardnerville.
On March 5, 2015 at 11:36 am, Deputies responded to a vehicle burglary report at the parking lot near the entrance to the Tahoe Rim Trail off Andria Drive, Upper Kingsbury at south shore Lake Tahoe. The victim locked her vehicle and went for a hike. When she returned, she found a window had been shattered and the contents of her purse missing.
At approximately 12:21 pm, the victim was advised her credit card had been used at the Walmart Store on Grant Avenue in Gardnerville.
A reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect. Your identity is not needed and you will remain anonymous.
