Carson City, Quad-County COVID-19 weekend and Monday briefing
Carson City Health and Human Services reports Monday in its COVID-19 briefing that there are two deaths, 41 new cases and 161 recoveries in the Quad County region between Saturday, March 20 to Monday, March 22, 2020.
Saturday (3/20/2021)
There were 21 new cases and 52 additional recoveries in the Quad County region. This brought the total number of cases to 11,570, with 10,117 recoveries and 212 deaths; 1,241 cases remained active.
Sunday (3/21/2021)
There was an additional death due to COVID-19 in the Quad County region. The individual was a male Carson City resident in his 70’s. There were also 4 new cases and 61 additional recoveries in the Quad-County Region. This brought the total number of cases to 11,574, with 10,178 recoveries and 213 deaths; 1,183 cases remained active.
Monday (3/22/2021)
Today we are reporting an additional death due to COVID-19 in the Quad County region. The individual was a female Lyon County resident in her 90’s. We also reporting 16 new cases and 48 additional recoveries. The weekend numbers and today’s numbers bring the total number of cases to 11,590, with 10,226 recoveries and 214 deaths; 1,150 cases remain active.
