Nevada Governor: State offices on two-hour delay
Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval has announced that state offices in Carson City, Washoe, Lyon and Storey counties are on a two-hour delay Friday morning due to heavy snowfall in the region.
State offices in other Northern Nevada counties affected by the winter storm, he said, should follow weather-hazard decisions made by local county government officials.
State employees who live in affected inclement weather areas may use up to two hours of administrative leave, the governor said.
