Carson City Sheriff's arrest log: One arrested in fight between brothers
A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday at 3:19 a.m. in the 3900 block of Pheasant Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy reported.
Upon arrival, a Sheriff's deputy said he heard loud yelling coming from multiple voices inside the residence. He said the suspect came out of the residence before the deputy could knock on the door.
According to the arrest report, the suspect was in a fight with his younger brother regarding the living situation and sleep habits.
The suspect further stated that he had been drinking alcohol and was not sure who started the fight. The suspect had no visible injuries to his hands or face, but was out of breath and agitated, the report said.
The victim had multiple scrapes, cuts, bruises and red marks on multiple areas of his body, the report said. The victim stated in the arrest report that his older brother had started the fight. Total bail: $3,137.
In other arrests:
— A 39-year-old transient woman was arrested Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Carson City Jail on a felony warrant for first-offense principal to burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary issued out of the Carson City Justice Court, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy said.
Christina Beth Burgess also had a felony principal to burglary warrant issued out of Dayton Township Justice Court, the arrest report said. She was already in the Carson City Jail on unrelated charges. Bail: $45,000.
— A 48-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday at 2:13 p.m. on a misdemeanor warrant for battery issued by Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,000.
