Nevada casino MontBleu at Stateline announces management promotions

STATELINE — MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa at Lake Tahoe has announced new additions to its executive staff.
Tim Maland, general manager at MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa, www.montbleuresort.com in South Shore Lake Tahoe, announced the promotion of four managers and one new appointment.
Mike Donovan, director of marketing; Sean Fulton, director of slot operations; Dane Hansen, director of table games; and Randy Reid, director of surveillance have been recognized for outstanding service. Greg Vorreyer recently joined the staff as director of finance.
Mike Donovan will be responsible for all marketing functions at the property including advertising, public relations, player development hosts, players club and Internet marketing. Donovan has been with MontBleu for three years and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a major in marketing and business.
Sean Fulton will oversee all slot department operations. He brings 19 years of gaming experience to the position. A native of Norman, Okla., Fulton attended Oklahoma University with a major in finance.
In his new role, Dane Hansen will be responsible for all table games operations. His previous management experience included positions at the Copa Casino in Mississippi, and several positions with Harrah’s Casino Hotels. Hansen is a native Nevadan, raised in Incline Village and a former student of the University of Nevada, Reno with a major in journalism.
Randy Reid has 33 years gaming industry surveillance experience on the South Shore at Sahara Tahoe, Del Webb’s High Sierra and Horizon Casino Resort. Reid will be responsible for the operation of the surveillance department.
Greg Vorreyer brings 30 years of gaming industry experience to MontBleu. He will be responsible for all cage and credit operations, purchasing, accounting and financial reporting. Vorreyer was Vice President of Finance for the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, and most recently an instructor for the University of Nevada, Reno, Extended Studies Gaming Management program.
