When arrested it was confirmed that he was wanted for being a fugitive from justice, issued in October 2012 by the California Department of Corrections. The warrant was for Warren being a parolee absconder, according to the arrest report.

Two outstanding bench warrants were issued out of Dayton Township for charges of DUI drugs, driving without a valid license, speeding and having failed to attend a DUI victim impact workshop. He was being held without bail on the fugitive from justice charge. The Dayton warrants had bail set at $3,497.

According to the arrest report, officers were dispatched to the neighborhood in reference to an unwanted subject at a residence. The reporting party advised that an ex-roomate had kicked her out of her apartment, according to the arrest report. She advised the man doesn't live at the address and she wanted the man out of the home.

The woman said the man had lived at the home about seven months ago but he had moved out and no longer has claim to the residence. She said that the man visited the residence and was feeling down. He began drinking and then became upset, and then began to call her vulgar names. He then began to run at the woman and she fled the home to call police, according to the arrest report.

The woman escorted officers to her residence and the man was laying on a couch with a large pit bull next to him. The dog was growling and barking as deputies went inside. The occupant of the home told the man to leave. The man said he needed a ride and asked that the woman take him home as he had no money for cab fare. She declined, the arrest report states.

The man was asked by officers to step outside and away from the dog and was told to leave the residence. The man, who was "grossly intoxicated" then told the officers that they needed to take him home. The officers said he needed to make his own arrangements, the arrest report states.

The man then began telling one of the deputies to hit him because that is what he wanted. Another officer intervened, trying to interrupt the argument with the man three times. The man would not stop talking and was interrupting the officer.

The officer asked the man if there was someone who he could call for a ride. The man, instead, began laughing at the officer and continued to talk over him. He was taken to jail and had a BAC of .159. Bail: $317.

— Those arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
