Winter Sport & Activity Conditioning
The snow is falling in the Sierras and looks like we will be allowed to enjoy all the wondrous activities and sports of Winter in earnest for the first time in three years. Are you ready? Better yet, is your body physically fit and/or conditioned?
If you are in need of a little assistance or guidance, the staff at Well Being gym would like to help. Our Winter Sport and Activity Conditioning course re-starts Monday, January 18 at 6 a.m. and continues each M/W/F at the same time through mid March.
We encourage participants of all fitness levels as all of the exercises can be modified to the appropriate intensity and/or frequency needs of the individual. The program will include each of three phases: stability/foundation, strength-maintenance, and strength building.
The program will be lead by Brad Paula, ACE CPT and PSIA fully certified Ski instructor/trainer. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about winter sports and activities fitness and conditioning. Come join him and others like yourself and prepare to be your best for the 2016 Winter sport and activity season.
