Winter Cyclist Training
Thanks to Mother Nature and El-Nino, Winter is here in earnest this year!! For those of you cyclist enthusiasts that benefited from the passed 3 mild winters but are forced indoors this year, Well Being gym is offering a Winter Cyclist training and conditioning program. The program provides ample opportunity to cyclists of all levels to maintain or build strength as well as improve speed and stamina.
The program will be lead by Larry Roach, a local masters road cycling racer and certified SPIN instructor. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about cycling fitness and conditioning. Come join him and others like yourself and prepare yourself to be your best for the 2016 cycling season.
The program starts Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 5:30 pm. Sessions start out at one hour duration and progress through program to one and one half hours. The first two weeks will be Thursday only. The subsequent 4 weeks will be both Tuesday & Thursdays. The last two weeks will be Thursday only.
