SpineNevada Welcomes a New Pain Management and Rehabilitation Physician Assistant
SpineNevada is proud to announce and welcome Amanda Jones, PA-C as the company’s new Pain Management and Rehabilitation Physician Assistant.
Amanda joined the SpineNevada team in late 2014 following the completion of her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in Pediatrics from the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine Child Health Associate/Physician Assistant Program. Amanda served as the senior editor of the section First Rounds in the national magazine PA Professional from 2013-2014. She is currently certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants.
Throughout Amanda’s PA education, she focused her education and clinical experience towards preparing herself to become a skilled and knowledgeable spine PA. She had the unique opportunity to complete five orthopedic rotations, several of which specialized in spine.
Amanda has attained diagnostic and management skills in imaging, scoliosis, bone infections, pain management and sport’s injuries. She also has experience in Emergency Medicine, Women’s Health, Family Medicine, Pediatric Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Infectious Disease.
