'Eve’s Eatery' set to open at the beginning of the new year in downtown Carson City
Local Nevadan’s, Chef and artist Francisco Espinoza, along with wife and partner Evelyn Espinoza plan to open a new sophisticated restaurant, bringing a fresh perspective for food, menu full of new dishes to taste and a beautiful space to see. Eve’s Eatery will include breakfast, lunch and occasionally pop-up fine dining dinners.
Chef Francisco has 15-years’ experience working for celebrity chefs, Scott Conant, Robert Irvine, Brian Malarkey and Estiatorio Milos. He specializes in Italian, Greek and American fine dining cuisine.
He has opened restaurants for others but is thrilled to have the privilege to doing it for his family. Evelyn studied Business at Western Nevada College. She has over 10 years of customer service experience. Planning on dedicating full time to restaurant.
Eve’s Eatery will be set inside a historic, 96-year-old building located at the heart of Carson City, at 402 N Carson St. Carson City, NV 89701. Planning on opening 5 days and week from 7am to 2pm.
Serving fresh pasta and pizza made daily. Our traditional American dishes everyone will love but also having different specialties you could try if you’re feeling up to it.
After this past year the industry suffered countless challenges and you can finally see things getting back to normal. We are excited for the opportunity to add a new restaurant to our community.
