Learn the region’s wildflowers with the Carson Pass Wildflower Interpretive Hike
The El Dorado National Forest Interpretive Association (ENFIA) invites you to join docent Lucrecia Belancio for an “Identifying Sierra Wildflower Hike” at Carson Pass, Friday June 17 at 10am.
Participants will walk about 1.5 miles (3-miles round trip) with about 500’ of total elevation gain, to enjoy some of the best wildflower (and Alpine Mountains) viewing in the Sierra Nevada.
The 3-hour hike is free and open to the public. Meet at the Carson Pass Information Station located on the south side of Hwy 88 just west of Carson Pass.
