Carson City beauty academy hosts 'Cutz for First Responders'

Sierra Academy of Style is a proud supporter of all of our First Responders, and to show our support we are offering free haircuts on Tuesday, June 8.

The first round of free haircuts are for our local Carson City first responders, every week we will choose another county to help give back to those who protect and help us.

We will also have a donation jar for the "Northern Nevada State Veterans Home".

We appreciate the overwhelming support we have received from the community, and we ask that you share this post to help bring more support and awareness to our heroes!

The Nevada State Museum is honored to introduce our new Curator of Anthropology Dr. Anna Camp. Anna serves as only the third Curator of Anthropology in the 83 year history of the Museum, and she is the first woman to assume the role.
