Free 8-week stress management workshop
Take time to take care of yourself! Learn about your personal stressors. Find techniques to keep them at bay. We'll discuss causes, symptoms and effects of stress, from family stressors to career burnout, and introduce new methods for dealing with them. Homework each week is to try the techniques, then watch as life becomes more manageable and fulfilling.

With over 30 years experience in educating, training and developing people of all ages, Christie approaches workshops with an eye toward change. her extensive experience training management and human relations skills has honed her expertise in many aspects of leadership including communication, stress management and team building.
Caveat: This workshop was developed for a corporate setting, but since it is being taught in a church setting this time, we will recognize the power of prayer and the presence of God in stress management.
