School board candidate to speak at Democratic luncheon

Since July of 2006 John Henley has been a law enforcement professional and certified public manager for the Nevada Department of Corrections. As a member of the school board, he wants to ensure that all students in the district receive a rigorous and well-rounded education that prepares them for success in life.
