The evenings will be full of family-friendly activities and old-fashioned holiday cheer, with wagon rides, children’s story-time from the Carson City Library, live music, Christmas Craft Market, children’s arts and craft activities.

Debate tournament returns to Carson High this Friday and Saturday, volunteer judges sought

This year, 14 schools and 150 students will gather at Carson High School for 10 rounds of competition Dec. 9-10. Holiday with a Hero hosts fundraisers leading up to annual Carson City shopping spree

Holiday with a Hero is on its 18th year of shopping, and this year, their goal is to serve 230 students.

Empty Bowls is an annual fundraising event that provides funding to Carson City FISH to help those less fortunate throughout the winter months, all while providing a hot meal, live entertainment and a handmade decorated bowl to attendees.
