On Wednesday, April 15, Brian Crane (aka “Mr. Pickles”), nationally recognized syndicated cartoonist, will speak to the Carson City Leisure Hour Club on the inspiration for his cartoon strip “Pickles.”

Mr. Crane joins the Leisure Hour Club members close to the 25th anniversary of the debut of the comic strip "Pickles" in April 1990. His comments will provide the group with a little peek behind the curtains of how he creates Pickles, how he got started, and where he gets my ideas for the nationally recognized strip.
