CARSON CITY – Ten months after a legislative audit first raised serious questions about current and former state employees working as contractors for state agencies, the Board of Examiners earlier this week approved administrative changes to prevent future abuses.

Apparently, the patrons of the Carson Nugget got to see a little more of Tyler Dean Davies than they wanted to.

On Tuesday evening, Carson City Sheriff's deputies received a report of a man running naked down the street. One deputy spotted Davies, 21, running southbound on North Carson Street near the intersection with Robinson Street. According to the arrest report, Davies ignored orders to stop and instead ran into the northwest doors of the Carson Nugget. Another deputy stopped Davies with a Taser inside the casino near the coffee shop.
