Nevada public land agencies elevate statewide fire restrictions to prohibit all campfires

The heightened restrictions prohibit all open flame campfires on state and federal lands, including within developed campgrounds, day use areas and dispersed camp areas.

The latest incident was Monday, August 10 and involved spray paint tagging and an American flag that was intentionally cut nearly in half.
Carson City's 'Bank Saloon' announces local restauranteur as new operator for the historic, long-awaited bar

The bar, which is scheduled to open in October 2020, has undergone extensive renovations since it was purchased by the Builders Alliance in 2018.
