Carson City Parks and Rec needs your help in removing invasive, poisonous plants
Submitted by Kelsey Penrose on Thu, 06/06/2019 - 7:59amThe Carson City Parks, Recreation & Open Space in partnership with the Carson City Weed Coalition would like to invite the public to join us on June 8th, 2019 from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. to pull a variety of invasive plants, including: musk thistle, poison hemlock and bull thistle.

Keep Tahoe Blue Volunteer Weed Pull

Volunteers will be helping to remove invasive weeds that are threatening Tahoe’s native plant species and wildlife habitat. Learn about invasive weeds and how to properly remove them.
