February 10, 2018 - 10:30am Join Artsy Fartsy Art Gallery as we celebrate LOVE and the LOVE of jewelry. 6 of our artists are hard at work creating unique and one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art. Kathleen Hallamore, Angie Fluitt, Jo Ann Grace, Mauzey Jewelry, Denise Jenkins, and Carol Kohler.
The champagne will be flowing, as well as locally made hand rolled dark chocolate truffles. This show is always fun and exciting and only happens ONCE a year.

February 13, 2016 (All day) Join Artsy Fartsy Art Gallery, LLC on Saturday, Feb. 13 as we focus on northern Nevada jewelry designers. Denise Jenkins, Angie Fluitt, Mauzey Jewelry, and Kathleen Hallamore are just some of the jewelers presenting their one-of-a-kind and signed jewelry.
The day will consist of sparkling wines, as well as some reds, paired with locally made and hand rolled truffles, by Carson City Confections.

I want to thank everyone who participated and also those who bought lotion bars. It was fun and easy and the bars will be here for Valentines Day!

Bald Eagle Visits S. East Carson on Valentines Day

This bald eagle staged an early morning Valentine's visit to southeast Carson City in the Bennett Ave./S. Edmonds Dr. area.
He was out there for over an hour. Two days ago, while on a hike, I saw a bald eagle soaring over the Edmonds Park area - he was being escorted back to the west side by our resident golden eagle.
