December 8, 2017 - 2:00pm There will be a public military funeral for 13 unclaimed Nevada veterans on Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, 2 p.m. at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley.

September 22, 2017 - 2:00pm On Friday, Sept. 22, 2017 the remains of 27 veterans will finally receive the military burial and honor they were promised through their service in the U.S. Armed Forces. The service will be held beginning at 2 p.m. at the Northern Nevada State Veterans Cemetery, located at 14 Veterans Way, in Fernley, Nev. The public is invited to attend.
