Winter Sport Conditioning Program

Carson City Nevada - Winter sports and activities are on the horizon! Join us at Well Being (Massage and Functional Fitness) and prepare your body for success. Our Winter Conditioning Program starts on October 29. Two separate 3 week programs are offered w/a one week break (Thanksgiving) between the two.

We focus on strength, dynamic balance and stability, and muscular endurance (yes, that means cardio!) as they relate to winter sports and activities like snow-mobile excursions, snow shoeing, skiing and snowboarding, and all the Nordic and back country activities on your list.

New Fitness Class Offerings by Well Being in Carson City

CARSON CITY, Nevada (October 11, 2016) – Well Being (Massage and Functional Fitness) is adding to its class schedule! They will be starting a restorative class aimed to give your body a re-set and/or recharge. Participants will be guided through the use of foam rolling and trigger point balls as well as other methods to bring relief to chronic muscle and joint pain areas.
