Sara Petite has torn up stages from her home in San Diego to the UK and back and was recently named “Best Country/Americana Artist” by the San Diego Music Awards. She has released seven albums, the latest called The Empress on Forty Below Records, with Eric Corne as producer.

September 6, 2019 - 6:30pm There will be a dance with live music this Friday, Sept. 6 at Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive. The dance is from 6:30 to 9 p.m. All ages welcome.
Tickets are $10 are person available at the door. Live music provided by The Grumpy Old Men. Enjoy social ballroom dancing and line dancing and have fun "doing your own" style. Participants are encouraged to bring a store-purchased snack to share.

Learn the steps to the jig, reel, and waltz. Dance to live music with the students and leaders Sue Kitts, Chris Bayer, Steve Suwe, and Gary Lyon. Admission is free and all are welcome.
