October 8, 2022 - 6:00pm CARSON CITY — The League of Women Voters of Northern Nevada, in partnership with Sierra Nevada Forums, AAUW Capital (NV) Branch, and the Brewery Arts Center, will present a series of election forums on Oct. 7, 10, 11 and 17 beginning at 6 pm each night at the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall, 511 W. King St in Carson City. Doors open at 5:30 pm. The forums are co-sponsored by the Nevada Appeal.

The Carson City Clerk-Recorder is accepting applications for appointment on two committees to draft arguments for and against a local ballot question to be placed on the November 8, 2022, General Election ballot.
