First, all of us at non-profit Carson Youth Programs, Inc., Cap City Baseball cannot thank the players, parents, coaches, and sponsors enough for a successful inaugural season for the 11u and 12u teams in 2019. Western Nevada College offers no cost Demo Day fitness class at Carson City campus

R.I.P.P.E.D. combines resistance and cardio training for a total body workout, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
