Heading into the last day of October and you know what that means: Happy Halloween! Best to bundle up under the costumes as Thursday will be another chilly day, though warmer than Wednesday. The ghosts and zombies and costume super heroes will be out and about now through Thursday, either at organized events or Halloween night trick or treating around the Carson City area, including the Carson Mall, throughout downtown and at the Governor's Mansion.

Bring your littlest ghosts and goblins to the Carson Mall for a SAFE CANDY WALK TRICK or TREAT. Delicious candy. There will be a kid-friendly photo-booth and maps are available in the south entrance. 4 to 6 p.m. throughout all the businesses in the mall shopping center.
