Joshua James Hadley was arrested at 6:29 p.m. following an investigation. Upon arrival, the deputy met with a nurse inside who was treating two 14-year-old girls.

A deputy was advised the girls were brought in to be seen for COVID related symptoms by their parental guardian, Joshua James Hadley. Deputies were advised the man was belligerent, grossly intoxicated and threatened to punch one of the girls, the report states.

A deputy met with Hadley outside and additional deputies were called to respond. Hadley had trouble communicating with deputies and fell to the ground while trying to lean against a wall, the report states.

Hadley stated his girlfriend is currently in custody with CCSO and he was tasked by her to care for the 14-year-olds and said the girls have been staying at a friend's home who he didn't know the name, phone number or address of the place the girls were staying, the report states.
