What Works: What are you grateful for today?

November is a month when giving thanks is at the forefront of our consciousness. Gratitude is an essential component of abundance. This morning, I made a conscious decision to be grateful for all I have. No matter how smooth flowing or choppy the river of life is there is always something to be grateful for — even if it is, as a friend of mine said this weekend, “two-ply quilted toilet paper.” Hey, it is good stuff.
Here are some quotes about gratitude that will help you think about the good stuff in your life. I am grateful for each of these great minds, both still living and passed on, who have helped shape the way I view the world.

Gratitude is the foundation of abundance in life. Without gratitude for what you have, you limit your capacity to receive more. This is why I get so excited when a client makes even just a little progress, because with that celebration comes the energy to bring in more of that good stuff.
