The multi-course wine or beer-paired dinner features locally-sourced products, meeting the ongoing commitment of this year’s hosting chefs, Charlie Abowd dinner founder and of Café at Adele’s and Collin Smith and Chris Nealon of Roundabout Catering, who are also event sponsors, of providing farm-to-table-goodness. A special Harvest Dinner beer has also been brewed by Nealon.
This year’s menu has been carefully crafted.
“We are excited to be working together to present diverse cuisine, influenced I would say, by each of our unique backgrounds,” Charlie said. “Besides being a wonderful fund-raising event for TGP, it is also a fabulous opportunity to introduce our supporters to new and exciting flavors, beautifully presented.
