Carson City emergency crews called to structure fire at iStorage on Fairview
UPDATE 5:17PM: One Firefighter sustained a minor injury during the suppression process. The cause was determined to be accidental, according to the Carson City Fire Department Facebook page.

Carson City Fire Department and sheriff's deputies were called late Wednesday night to a structure fire at iStorage located at 1179 Fairview.
The call came into dispatch at around 10:40 p.m. regarding heavy smoke coming from the facility. Arriving fire department personnel confirmed the fire and called it a working incident, requesting for more resources.
A few minutes later, Carson City deputies on scene reported smoke and flames building at the complex. Firefighters began closing in on the flames attempting to stop the spread.
At 11:03 p.m. the battalion chief reported initial knockdown of the fire. Motorists in the area are advised to stay away from the iStorage complex.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
