Early voting continues now through Nov. 1 at Carson City Community Center
Have you gotten your “I voted” sticker yet? Be sure to beat the crowd on election day by heading into early voting happening now through Friday, Nov. 1 at the Carson City Community Center located at 851 E William St.
Those who received but are opting not to use their mail-ballot can bring it, or their newly received voter registration card, to streamline the process, but it’s not necessary to vote.
The polls will be open:
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Election day takes place Tuesday, Nov. 5 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; as long as voters are in line by 7 p.m. they will be allowed to vote.
Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by Election Day in order to be counted, or they can be dropped off at a ballot drop box at the Carson City Community Center anytime the polls are open during early voting and on election day.
Please be sure to mail in your newest received ballot which has corrected information. See more on that here.
In addition, mail ballots are accepted at the Clerk-Recorder’s Office located at 885 E. Musser St. inside the Carson City Courthouse Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at City Hall, and at two new locations within the Stewart Community and Carson Colony.
