Carson City Juvenile Service’s Parent Education Night to focus on substance use awareness
The meeting is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Carson City Juvenile Services, Probation Office, located at 740 S. Saliman Road.
During Thursday’s event, Carson City Juvenile Services will partner with Carson City Sheriff’s Office to talk about substance use awareness and ways to help parents, families and community members explain how to talk to their children about these high-risk behaviors and will provide resources regarding substance use among youth. The class will be taught in Spanish. See the flyer below.
