Presidential Candidate Elizabeth Warren visits Carson City; 1,500 in attendance
Presidential Candidate and Senator Elizabeth Warren visited Carson City Wednesday night as a part of her campaign circuit through the West.
Estimates are around 1,500 people attended the rally held at the Carson City MAC center.
Approximately 10-12 counter protesters and supporters of President Donald Trump were outside the MAC, and Senator Warren was momentarily interrupted during her speech by a protestor, who shouted and made an obscene gesture. He was then escorted out by security.
Her next Nevada scheduled event is the “Wolf Pack for Warren Campus Kick-off” held at UNR, 1664 N Virginia St, Reno, NV on October 7, 2019.
