Tahoe mystery author Todd Borg featured Wednesday at Nevada State Library in Carson City
Tahoe author Todd Borg will be the featured guest Wednesday in Carson City at the Nevada State Library’s Brown Bag Book series. Borg is the author of 16 books in the Tahoe Mystery series, featuring Owen McKenna, a former homicide inspector from the San Francisco Police Department.
Like many fictional detectives, McKenna has a sidekick, a 170-pound Harlequin Great Dan named Spot.
Borg’s books have achieved multiple accolades, many rave reviews in newspapers and magazines from coast-to-coast including a starred review in the Library Journal. See Borg’s website here.
His books have won the Ben Franklin Award for Best Mystery of the Year and have been chose by the Library Journal as one of the Top 5 Mysteries of the Year. The Brown Bag Book series begins at noon, Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 100 North Stewart Street, Room 110, in Carson City.
