Carson City emergency crews, Care Flight respond to rollover near Racetrack and Center
A Care Flight air ambulance was dispatched Saturday night to the area of Race Track Road and Center Drive in south Carson City for a single vehicle rollover.
The incident was reported at around 10:30 p.m. Multiple people were said to have been in the vehicle, with at least two reportedly fleeing the scene when officers arrived.
One of those who reportedly fled was located a couple blocks away in the area of Copper Mountain Drive and suffered a laceration. The person was treated on scene by Carson City paramedics.
A Care Flight air ambulance was ordered and landed near the scene of the crash. One patient was flown to Renown Medical Center in Reno. The cause of the rollover is under investigation through the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and Nevada Highway Patrol.
