Only three Farmer’s Markets left for the Carson City season
How have you enjoyed your fresh fruits, veggies, meat, artisan crafts and more this summer, Carson City?
I know I’ve enjoyed picking up my local sausages from Holly Family Farms, my boxes of berries from Rodriguez Bros., my fresh baked bread from Wheatberry, and so many more!
The last farmer’s market of the season will take place on Oct. 1, which is only three weeks away.
The Carson City Farmer’s Market was first established in 2008, and has offered a central location for consumers to buy directly from their local farmer’s ranchers, artists and more.
The Farmer’s Market takes place Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot east of the Carson Nugget at 412 N. Stewart Street.
