CHS prepares for upcoming fall sports season
The 2017-18 fall sports season is just around the corner, with six teams ready to bring a state championship banner to Carson High School.
The five teams include football, golf (girls), tennis (boys and girls), soccer (boys and girls), volleyball, and cross country.
Marc Rodina, the Dean of Administration at CHS explained the expectations of the upcoming season.
“All of the fall sports had a really good turn-out for try-outs during the summer, and we are off and running,” he said. “We have new coaches such as Justin Clark, the new boys tennis coach, and Linda Hixenbaugh, who is the new girls tennis coach. We also have a new soccer coach, but other than that, everything is in place and we are doing great. As a school we are ready for the upcoming season.”
Registration, eligibility, and scheduling for the season can all be covered here by visiting the CHS athletics department link. All athletic registrations must be done online.
