Donations sought by Fleet Reserve Auxiliary for annual Carson City rummage sale
It’s time to start cleaning those closets, garages and sheds and donate what you want to get rid of to a worthy cause.
The Sierra-Tahoe Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association is preparing for their annual rummage sale and would like to help you get rid of all of those unwanted items, that some one else might really want!
All of the proceeds go to local veteran projects, such as food and personal care items to the Richards Crossing Project, Wreaths on veteran graves each year during the Wreaths Across America Event. We visit veterans at local care facilities, donate items for Easter Egg Hunts at the Marine Warfare Base, Bridgeport, etc.
The items are never priced! The shoppers determine the price, knowing that the proceeds go to a non-profit and significantly impact others lives!

The rummage sale will be Sept. 24-25, 2022, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Second and Curry streets in Carson City.
