Carson City arrests: Suspect booked for domestic battery; allegedly kicks man in the face
A 39-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday for suspicion of domestic battery second offense, a misdemeanor offense, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.
CCSO deputes were called to Mills Park for a fight. Dispatch advised there were six subjects, 5 men and 1 woman, fighting in the park. Dispatch also advised a witness saw a woman hitting a male, and at one point, kicking him in the face.
Deputies made contact with a man bleeding from the face. The man identified himself. He was asked what happened. He said the suspect, an ex-lover, caused the injuries.
Another deputy spoke with the female suspect after arriving on scene. During the course of the investigation and interview with the suspect, victim and witnesses, it was determined the woman punched and kicked the male in the face multiple times. She was arrested. She provided a breath sample of .284. Bail: $5,137.
